AUTOOL SDT103 Car Smoke Leak Detector

The AUTOOL SDT103 Smoke Leak Tester is designed to detect leaks in the automotive EVAP system.

Compared to the AUTOOL SDT101, the addition of a visual flow meter and airbag adapter makes leak detection easier and faster, helping service technicians to quickly solve leaks and save repair time. The AUTOOL SDT103 can be used in conjunction with an automotive troubleshooter for quicker diagnosis of automotive engine problems.

Warm Tips

• When you use this AUTOOL SDT 103 Car Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, fill it with 20ml oil. Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.
• Before use, gently turn the knob to open the airflow regulator valve.
• This smoke machine does not built-in air pump. It needs to connect an extra air compressor.
• The testing liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.
• Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can’t be filled over 20ml each time.
• Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.
• During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.
• Do not run the detector for over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.
• The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
• The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.
